Slow braised beef brisket and portobello mushroom wellington, smoked bacon bubble and squeak, mustard seed mash, sweet madeira jus.

Indian spiced red lentil and chickpea dhal pithivier, crispy kale, roasted cauliflower, turmeric potatoes, onion puree. Vg

Harissa spiced tempura zucchini, spring greens, pickled mushrooms, rice noodles, roasted red pepper broth. GF Vg

Desserts

Sweet peach, pear and walnut crumble, lemon thyme ice cream. Vg

White chocolate and vanilla creme brulee, roast rhubarb, pistachio tuile. V
